Michelle truly has an ability to communicate w/ animals. I have a nervous Cocker spaniel, Penny. A couple years ago, I asked Michelle if she would find out why Penny would occasionally tinkle on the carpet. Penny is housetrained & has access to a dog door, so I didn't understand. Michelle said that when she is anxious or overwhelmed she lets out a little bit of urine & feels better. Michelle asked Penny to find another way to relieve her anxiety & Penny has not marked on the carpet since.
